• Add milk, cream, sugar, yogurt and cocoa to the inner bowl of the multicooker. Mix the ingredients well. Close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "YOGHURT" mode , cooking time 8 hours. Press the START / OFF button. At the end of the program, stir the resulting product and, if desired, gently pour into another container or pour into glasses (cups). Place in refrigerator to cool for at least 3 hours.
• Serve garnished with a sprig of mint and grated white chocolate.
Tips
• Yoghurt can be made immediately in portions, for this the mass must be poured into glass or silicone molds. Put the molds in the multicooker bowl and add water so that it covers 1/2 of the molds.
• Please note that the recipe uses ingredients at room temperature.
• If your multicooker does not have the YOGHURT program , use the COOKING COOKER or YOUR CHOICE setting the temperature to 40 ° C and choosing a cooking time of 8 hours.
• For the preparation of yoghurt, you can use natural store-bought yoghurt with a minimum shelf life or specialized starter cultures (in this case, follow the instructions on the starter culture package).
• Make sure the dishes are clean when preparing yoghurt. You can also sterilize it.
