1. Pour kefir into the multicooker bowl, close the lid, set the "CHEESE" mode for 40 minutes.
2. At the end of cooking, transfer the curd to a sieve to glass the whey, and cool.
3. Before serving, add chopped garlic, dill, salt and sugar to taste to the curd.
