Bananas in yoghurt sauce (banana raita) - recipe
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 3 beaker
- Bananas - 4 pcs
- Mustard beans - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp
- Mint - 2.5 tsp
- Butter (melted) - 2 tbs
- Hot chilli pepper - 1 pcs
- Mint tsp

Bananas in yoghurt sauce (banana raita) Directions

Preparation:
1. Peel the bananas and cut into thin slices, diagonally.
2. Whisk the pre-cooked yoghurt with salt, sugar and mint.
3. Add bananas, stir.
4. Melt the butter in Bake and add the mustard seeds, close the lid.
5. Chop the pepper.
6. When the seeds stop cracking, turn off the multicooker and add chopped peppers there, mix and let stand for 2-3 minutes under a closed lid.
7. Pour the prepared seasoning over the yogurt, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
8. Put the finished wright in bowls and decorate with mint leaves.
