Ingredients
- Calf liver - 500 gr
- Flour - 2 tbs
- Butter - 2 tbs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Sour cream - 1 glass

Wash the liver, peel off the film, cut into small slices, salt, pepper and roll in flour. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program . Put pieces of liver in heated oil and fry for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped onions, top with sour cream and continue cooking for another 10 minutes (until the onions are ready).
Tip:
Serve mashed potatoes, fried or boiled potatoes for garnish.
