Stewed beef in Russian Directions

Cut the meat into chunks (like entrecotes), beat off, salt, fry in oil on both sides in a multicooker bowl using the Baking or Frying program. Place the meat and the Baking / Frying program turn off. Then put the meat slices back into the multicooker bowl, shifting with black bread crumbs and slices of scalded onions, carrots, celery root with pepper and bay leaf. Add a piece of butter, pour in a glass of meat broth and cook on the Stew program for 2.5-3 hours. Add 1 glass of sour cream half an hour before readiness.
Tip:
Serve with potatoes
