Ingredients

  • Rabbit (carcass) - 1.5 kg
  • Flour - 2 tbs
  • Sour cream - 300 gr
  • Bouillon - 300 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
  • Butter - 1 tbs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Salt pcs
  • Pepper pcs

Wash the rabbit, dry and cut into portions. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Peel the garlic and chop finely. In our multicooker on the program "Baking" / "Frying" heat the butter together with the vegetable oil. Lay out the pieces of rabbit and fry on all sides. Transfer the fried meat to another dish. Put onion, garlic in a multicooker bowl, add a little salt and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add sour cream and stir. Pour in broth or water, salt and stir. Deactivate the Baking / Frying program . Place the pieces of rabbit and cook on the Stew program for 2 hours.
Tip:
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, bulgur or other side dish.
