  • Mustard - 1 tbs

Rinse the meat, dry it. Finely chop the garlic, stuff a piece of meat with it, grate with spices, mustard salt, mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Wrap well in foil and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then place the meat in foil in a steamer container. Cook on the Steam cooking program for 2 hours.
