Ingredients

  • A hen - 1 pcs
  • Bulb onions - 5 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 5 pcs

  • Garlic - 5 clove
  • Tomato paste - 30 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml

• Rinse the chicken, chop it with a hatchet or large knife into small pieces. Finely chop the onion, herbs, garlic and chili. Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into about 1.5 cm cubes.
• Pour vegetable oil into the inner bowl of the multicooker, add the chicken. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" function (default cooking time is 15 minutes). Press the COOK TIME button and use the + and - buttons to set the time to 20 minutes.
• Press the START button.
• Fry the chicken, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program.
• At the end of the program, press the OFF / HEAT button .
• Add tomato paste, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, herbs, chili and garlic to the multicooker bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the MENU button, select EXTENDED , press the COOK TIME button and use the buttons "+" and "-" set the time to 30 minutes.
• Press the START button.
• At the end of the program, place the chakhokhbili on plates, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and serve the meat with sauce and broth.
Tips
• If the chicken is oily, you do not need to add oil.
• In order to diversify the taste of the dish, you can add 1 tbsp. L. sugar along with vegetables.
• Tomato paste can be replaced with tomatoes in your own juice. In this case, tomatoes with juice must first be chopped using a hand blender with a chopping attachment.
