Multicooker firm: PHILIPS

• Wash vegetables.
• Finely chop the onion, mix it with the minced meat, add rice, salt and ground black pepper. For bell peppers, you must cut off the top (you do not need to throw it away) and peel off the seeds.
• Stuff the peppers with minced meat, top and place in the inner bowl of the multicooker.
• Mix water and some salt and add to the bowl. Cut the tomato and carrots into small cubes and add them to the multicooker bowl so that the vegetables are at the bottom of the bowl, not on top of the peppers.
• Press the “MENU” button, select the “COOK” mode (the default temperature is 100 ° C). Then press the COOK TIME button using the + and - buttons to set the time to 35 minutes. Click the START button.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will go into heating mode.
• Using the oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker. Place the peppers on a plate, place the carrot and tomato sauce next to the peppers and serve.
Tips
• It is recommended to serve stuffed peppers with sour cream, pre-watered with the resulting broth.
• Beef can be substituted for chicken.
