Soak the mushrooms. Fry onions and carrots in a multicooker bowl on the "FRYING VEGETABLES" setting. Cut the potatoes and put in a slow cooker, then mushrooms and cover with water. Salt, add pepper. Turn on the program "EXTINGUISHING" for 1.5 hours. Add sour cream to the finished dish.
