Ingredients

  • Pork - 5 pcs
  • Dijon mustard - 80 gr
  • Soy sauce - 50 gr
  • Carrot - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Dill - 1 bundle
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • 4 Pepper Mill Mix pcs
  • Salt - 15 gr

Potato stew with pork cutlets Directions

1. Marinate pork cutlets in mustard and soy sauce, squeeze the garlic and rub the pieces of meat with it.
2. Chop the onion finely.
3. Cut the potatoes into 4 parts, cut the carrots into strips.
4. Place the pre-marinated pieces of meat in a saucepan. Add finely chopped onion.
5. Cook on Roast for 20 minutes.
6. After cooking, turn the pieces of meat over, add potatoes, carrots, finely chopped greens, salt and squeeze the garlic.
7. Cook on Roast for 30 minutes.
8. Divide the finished dish into plates and serve.

2. Chop the onion finely.
3. Cut the potatoes into 4 parts, cut the carrots into strips.
4. Place the pre-marinated pieces of meat in a saucepan. Add finely chopped onion.
5. Cook without lid on HOT for 30 minutes.
6. After the beep, turn the pieces of meat, add potatoes, carrots, finely chopped greens, salt and squeeze the garlic.
7. Cook with the lid closed, HOT , cooking time 30 minutes, pressure 3.
8. Unplug the multicooker and relieve pressure.
9. Divide the finished dish into plates and serve.
