Chili con carne - recipe
Ingredients
- Ground beef - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pcs
- Garlic - 5 clove
- Chilli - 1 pcs
- Zira (Kumin) - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 1 tbs
- Cane sugar - 1 tbs
- Red beans (canned) - 400 gr
- Tomatoes in their own juice - 400 gr
- Chili pepper (ground)
- Vegetable oil

1. Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic, rinse the beans and discard in a colander.
2. Add vegetable oil, onion, minced meat to the multicooker bowl, set the "FRY" mode for 10 minutes and fry, stirring constantly and breaking the minced meat lumps.
3. Add garlic, chili, tomatoes and spices and set STEW / VEGETABLES for 10 minutes.
4. After the end of the cooking mode, add the beans and stir. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
Tip:
Serve as a separate dish, or with nachos chips or tacos cakes.
