Preparation:
1. Sort the groats, rinse. Pour water into a bowl and turn on the Porridge program for 50 minutes. When the water boils, add cereal, mix.
2. When the water boils again, add sugar and salt. When the water has been absorbed, pour in the milk and cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Put butter in the finished porridge.
Tip:
To speed up the cooking of buckwheat porridge, the groats can be soaked in a glass of water for 2-3 hours. In this case, during cooking, you should boil the milk and add the swollen cereal. Cook, stirring occasionally.
