Soak cabbage leaves for 5 minutes in boiling water (95 ° C), beat off large veins. Minced meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder, add salt, spices, rice and egg, mix everything thoroughly. Put a small portion of minced meat on each cabbage leaf and wrap tightly. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, install a steamer container on top, put the formed cabbage rolls into it with the seam down. Close the lid. Use the Menu button to select the PAR program. Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set 50 minutes. Press the Start / Heat button. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: instead of minced meat, you can use a filling made of vegetables, mushrooms and boiled rice.
