  • Water - 500 ml

Rinse the fish, grate with salt and spices, cut the mushrooms, onions and potatoes into cubes. Put mushrooms and onions in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil. Close the lid, use the Menu button to set the MULTI-COOK program, set the Temperature button to 100 ° C. Press the Time setting button, then by pressing the Cooking time button set the blinking indicator to 15 minutes. Press the Start button, add cream, salt, spices and mix 3 minutes before the end of cooking. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program. Put mushrooms in cream in a separate container. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, install a steamer container on top, put fish and potatoes in it. Close the lid, set the STEAM program with the Menu button, select Fish with the Product type button. Press the Time setting button, then by pressing the Cooking time button set the blinking indicator to 20 minutes. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.
