Ingredients

  • Pork shank - 900 gr
  • Bulb onions - 250 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Garlic - 15 gr
  • Basil - 5 gr
  • Water - 600 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the shank, make deep cuts in it and stuff with garlic cloves. Chop the onion with a knife, mix with salt, spices and basil. Grate the shank with the resulting mixture and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 9 hours. Put the shank in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil and water. Close the lid. Close the lid. Using the button "Menu" install the program "STEALING" . Press the button "Timer / t ° C" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 4 hours. Press the button "Start / Auto-heating" . Cook until the end of the program.
